I tell all new parents I know that they should consider NOT getting the HEPB

At present, the electronic tracking system is a soft, external system. They track the vaccinations with your child's social security number. The database is external. Some of the states are provided with social security numbers for your child based upon the vaccination.

Perhaps in the future we will see chips via the vaccines. That wouldn't surprise me at all.
