Guest guest
The only success people have had is to have an MD (acting as a pediatrician) write the vaccine company and ask for the thimerasol content. GSK has been extremely cooperative and Aventis Pasteur (who kept thimerasol in a lot longer than GSK) has been more reluctant. No one (I'm aware of) had received a response from AP until about 6 months ago when someone got confirmation that the HIB and DTaP from 2003 contained the full 25 mcgs of thimerasol. Other people (especially those asking for thimerasol content on AP Connaught vaccines administered in 2004 -- which according to the NVIC contained the full amount of thimerasol) have received form letters from AP that explain the benefits of vaccination and never address the request for the thimerasol information. Guest guest
What about Merck? What about their vaccines? Didn't they contain thimerosal? Guest guest
Wow, it was a lot easier years ago when we first did this and were able to get all of this information.Kerbob <robertbloch@...> wrote: What about Merck? This should be a criminal offense. So all the parents who opted to cave to the pressure and give their infants all the shots because the substance that has been alleged to cause autism wasn't in THEIR kids shots (think again) can join the rest of us whose children are mercury poisoned. Where is the outrage? C.

Guest guest
Hep B did until 1999. Maybe. maybe it was actually still in there, even though they said it wasn't. Guest guest
I believe the reason we are seen is difficult has nothing to do with any error or misrepresentation of facts; it's that we won't go away that is so difficult. The facts are when we quote the facts we are most annoying, because they never have any scientific rebuttal to scientific fact. That's what's difficult. As to vaccines containing mercury, I've said all along we don't know if mercury-free is mercury-free. Who's the indepent researcher consistently testing lots? To my knowledge there is no one. Until I know of a reputable, respectable researcher who tests them and finds consistently no mercury, I'm assuming it's still in most of them. Guest guest
In reading what Bob Krakow just posted, Merck was still shipping and manufacturing Hg HepB in 2000 and 2001, contrary to what they stated publicly in 1999. Which means theoretically it could still be on the shelves until the end of this year.
Guest guest
....Especially when mercury-free means " trace-amounts. " And, " Oh, yeah. We accidentally added too much mercury to your kid's shots. Guest guest
The only way to know for sure whether your child's shots contained thimerosal after 1999 is to study up to get your PhD in deciphering bullsh*t from the pharma companies. If you are willing to spend hours analyzing flowcharts of who was approved for the thimerosal-free (which actually still may have a " trace " ) and when they were approved and then to see when they started shipping them and when the expiration date was for the " old " stock... etc. etc. etc. Then you have to consider who bought who and when and if this played any part in whether your vaccines contained thimerosal or not... blah, blah, blah. My two older children were born in April of 2000 and November of 2001 -- I'm sure that they both received very healthy doses of thimerosal. I also had RhoGam and flu shots while pregnant. Guest guest
Sue M, My older twins were born in July of 2001... especially given 's issues, then it's safe to assume they got a healthy dose as well. Thank God (twin) is NT.
