I have a dear friend who's also one of my PAs Because print material is not

accessible to him and his brother, they have devised an affordable way to

convert print material into electronic formats.

I hire him to cut my books and scan them into pdf files so I can read them on my

computer. For an additional fee he will re-assseble the book unless it's a

pocketbook with a soft cover (too difficult for cheap books).

Also, for an additional fee he can convert the scanned doc with OCR software so

it can be vocalized by screen-reader software. This gets more expensive and

probably isn't necessary for those of us who can read from a pdf file.

He's prompt, reliable, and guarantee's his work.
