Guest guest
I'vee recently started adding supplements back into my diet and am encountering a huge barrier - many of them (fish oil, and coq10, for example) I cannot find in a capsule I can swallow. Its like the more round, the worse, not the size for me (hard to explain!). I did find a junior chewable fish oil cap thats tolerable but digesting is another story and not sure my body can tolerate... I'm now stumped on finding a high dose (such as recommended for those with SMA) of coQ10, preeferably liquid... the 50mg natures bounty caps are to tough to swallow, and not near the mg we need. I have doc appt tomorrow to once again discuss getting released from my HMO to see a doc who actually knows what SMA is... In the meantime, what sources are you using for your coq10? (I unfortunately dont have a gtue and this issue didnt come up in my recent swallow study as we didnt know it was one as everything else goes down!) Also, what luck - if any, have you had getting your insurance to cover any supplements? I cannot possiblt get all this by food alone. I also looked at " oe28 splash " - does anybody know the coq10 mg per dose? its looks interesting as far as following an amino acid based diet (or close to it for me - not there yet). Many of the liquid supps Ive found online dont list the coq10 content. Thanks for any advice! P.S. CONGRATS to kimi on the Etsy sale - time to cut the ribbon!
