Guest guest
Amy, I don¹t think anyone here is saying that buying drinks or desserts is the answer for everything. Let people have their own responses to these things, every situation is different and calls for a different approach. You never know what will have the most impact unless you are actually IN that particular situation. The 24-year-old suffers from cerebral palsy and was unable to cry out for help when the driver left him inside a parked van for nearly two hours. Police found him shivering in the van and say he suffered from a dangerous drop in body temperature. The man's father says he and his wife were very worried. The driver could be charged with neglect of a disabled person. (Copyright © 2009 Sunbeam Television Corp. . This material may not be published, broadcast, rewritten or redistributed.)
