Re: Doug & jenn calendar-->Religion and Sex

Regarding the very negative response to this website, I have a feeling a lot has

to do with being raised Catholic.  It seems, for some, the result is a

maladaptive view of sexuality.  During the developmental stages of childhood,

the message is sex is dirty and definitely is not meant to be enjoyed.  As we

witnessed here, this leads to adult responses that are venomousness and to the

extreme.

Hey, I know doug & jenn are gone but meg got me interested in their calendar

so I just checked it out and it is really cute, not smutty at all, very

sweet. I think it's good to have an option for disabled folks to have a

happy disabled couple type calendar. :-)

I wouldn't make such generalizations about a religious group. And

having this topic be a moderator's nightmare, especially off-list,

I'd really be happy to see it die.

The smell of bleach and other cleaners makes me feel a little yucky

now. Does it bother you or is it just me. I still use bleach every

once in awhile but am definitely trying to cut back.

bleach affects some people that way but for me it smells all safe and clean!

but yes i am trying to avoid using it too much but also wondering if it is

that bad!

i have managed to avoid having a cold for over 2 years now due to really

improving hygiene and hand hygiene, though shouldnt say that as tempting

fate!
