Guest guest
I love my Wii. We picked one up a couple years ago to encourage me to get more exercise. Most of the motions require wrist flicking rather than arm swaying, although you tend to try to move your whole arm. I usually end up sore and very weak for days after using it. If you get one, go easy at all times! <3Kendra > > i am thinking of getting one. any middle aged folk with sma 2 able to manage > the control? > > cheers > linda > > >

Guest guest
, there are many sorts of games. The ones that give exercise often do require a flick of the wrist or arm movement - some more strength, some less. Bernie used to be able to play bowling but he can't since his spinal fusion. There are many games that only require hand movement, but these are more oriented to kids and teens. If you can find a place to try it - like Future Shop - that might be helpful. bettylou Moss wrote: > > > i am thinking of getting one. any middle aged folk with sma 2 able to manage > the control? > > cheers > linda > >
