Guest guest
I've been doing this since I was a kid! Everyone thought I was nuts! Haven't in a while, but you are right- it's easy to swallow. Now that I'm having more swallowing issues, this might be a great meal alternative, although not the healthiest. I eat dips, egg salad, and cool whip by itself too! Kimi }i{ Visit my myspace page and blogs: _www.myspace.com/ksmile96_ (http://www.myspace.com/ksmile96) }i{ " I'm falling apart. Guest guest
A healthier alternative is chocolate power gel packs. They taste just like frosting and have more vitamins. Sports people swear by em. I used to do a lot of cupcake frosting designs for Phi Theta Kappa bake sales with the piping bags and stuff. > > Do you eat cake frosting right from the container (with no cake)?
