This was accomplished by individuals (mostly parents) who refused to quit and who OPENEDTHEIR MOUTHS. For every parent who remains silent another child will go without proper treatment. Our children are receiving the needed treatments. There are thousands of children and adults in residential care who will not receive the correct medical care until this becomes mainstream.
