Guest guest
Oh, that guy that stops by for 20 minutes every 4 weeks or so? I knew he wasn't the pizza delivery guy. He spents on average 18 minutes with my oldest son, 1:30 with my NT daughter and roughly about 30 seconds with my affected son. I don't think dinner is an option. I don't think his girlfriend wouldlike it. Oddly, I'm scared to try to find a new one. :)Holly Bortfeld <maximom@...> wrote: That’s the person who used to leave his laundry on the floor before your kid got diagnosed and now you only see on holidays for the “hostage handoff” (aka visitation). Guest guest
Ps 127:3 Lo, children are an heritage of the LORD: and the fruit of the womb is his reward. Our feelings are WOW we're parents! Our only son is seven and that feeling of joy in our hearts and sense of God blessing us just won't go away. Maybe we are rare birds, but our sense has always been this is really something we both dreamed of being most of our younger lives. We did marry a little later in life if that makes a difference in attitude. Ps 128:3 Thy wife shall be as a fruitful vine by the sides of thine house: thy children like olive plants round about thy table. Re: New poll for EOHarm Three years since my husband and I had a dinner alone. My father did watch the boys for us when he was in town on April 1st, but it was for the FEAT Night of Caring dinner & auction. I was on the auction donation commitee, so I'm not sure that it counted as a "quiet evening"!>> I remember it well. California Pizza Kitchen at the Long Beach DAN> conference October 2005. Thank God grandma could make it out to> babysit. Does that count for last year or that forgot how to multiply.> > Steve>
