Guest guest
Don't know if she's closer to Long Island or Austin, TX. but we just sent in our first packet of information to get an appointment with Krigsman at Thoughtful House in Austin. There is an initial patient packet, then a gastroenterology packet including orders for tests (x- ray, blood, stool) that you get after returning the initial packet. It took a week and a half for us to get the initial packet so I surmise the front office at Thoughtful House is understaffed. I would encourage your friend to call again and be persistent. On the plus side, once Dr. Krigsman gives the OK to see you, the waiting list is only about a month long in Austin. He flies down there twice a month. She contacted the office over 2 weeks ago and has had no response as yet. Thanks. Dr. Krigsman is speaking at our conference on Sunday, April 2nd. She might be interested- if she lives in the Northeast. http://www.autismfair.com
