About 20 miles away from where I live is an area with lots of schools, our local district, and a few years ago our local utility company built a cold fired plant behind the high school and now has approval to build another. I attended the public hearing to complain but since the room was filled with utility employees, union heads, and developers, no one was interested in what I had to say so the building of another plant was Ok'd without much comment. I couldn't believe that the school principal and other officials didn't object to these being there on their grounds. That is how much San , and TX. in general is about such things. Indeed, it's a Redneck state. Martha
