Guest guest Posted June 14, 2007 Report Share Posted June 14, 2007 Hi Everyone, this is Terry (34 male Type III). I am on vacation right now without my kids and in Hong Kong. I am having a blast there is soooo much to see. I do have to walk a lot to get anywere and there are steps everywere. Befrore I left home I was having some trouble when walking my chest sticks out when I walk and the more tired I get the more i have to stick it out to be able to stay up right. I am thinking it my abs being so weak. I had gained 12 pounds in 2 weeks so I figured it was that. Now that I am here and walking so much it hasn't gone away and I cant suck it in and walk and I have lost the weight. Could I have overdone it to many times in the last week and caused permanent damage? I am coming home early bc I am hurting very bad and even when I rest for a day I still have the same issues after. There is so much to see I can't hold still too long either but on a couple trips I barely made it home. Any feed back would be great and I hoe all of you are doing well.
