Hello All!

I just wanted to give everyone a quick update on the baby and I

before things got too chaotic. I am now seeing my OB once a week and

having an ultrasound every week to gauge her lung maturity and size.

She is growing very rapidly now so I am starting to experience some

breathing trouble and pain issues. At this point, my OB is very

pleased with how well I am doing and the progression of the baby so

things are looking well .

My c-section is scheduled for April 23rd but my OB is ready to take

her any time after I hit 32 weeks. My team of doctors and care

coordinators is AMAZING and are really listening to how I am feeling.

They all agree that it is not good to push me to the point of

exhaustion going in to the c-section so they are working on that fine

balance. We will know more after Monday's ultrasound but at this

point, my OB feels that the baby will only need heat support because

of her size and maybe a little oxygen. Other than that, she feels she

is going to be a very healthy baby even if born at 32 weeks. I am

getting nervous about the c-section just because I have to be totally

asleep but I feel that I am in good hands.

Thank you all for the support and prayers. I really feel like God has

been taking care of the baby and I every step of the way. We are

almost at the end of this miraculous process and I am so thankful for

everything going so well.

I'll post again soon.
