If you're in a time zone where today's TV broadcast of "The Dr. Phil Show" has not aired, make sure that your children are not in the room -- or tape it for later viewing when the kids are asleep. The segment about a teen with Asperger's shows one with anger issues.

I made the mistake of turning it on with my 7-year-old for a quick peek, and the clips chosen were of shouting and violence. My son grabbed me and buried his face in my sleeve. The TV went off and the VCR went on.

I had hoped for a more balanced presentation. Silly me.
