Guest guest
Happy 2007 everyone! I have written a list of 14 items for my new years resolutions. I will type them all out tomorrow. But my first is to lose some weight. I am about 5 ft. tall, but due to the scoliosis from the SMA, I look more like 4’10” and I guess I always weighted 100-105 lbs. Yet, recently people have been commenting that I have gained weight and I noticed some clothes are tighter on me. Now, am I supposed to have a 2,000 calorie diet? Is that the norm for people? So if I want to lose weight, do I try to eat about 1,000 calories only? Does anyone have any suggestions on how to lose weight? Keeping in mind I cannot exercise. My brother needs to lose so much more weight than I do, so if anyone has some suggestions, please, please, please share! I am dieting more for him than me, in a way. He is really having a hard time losing weight. He said he will put diet as his new year’s resolution, while eating a cookie for breakfast!! How do I help him? I used to be as big as he is when I was a sophomore in high school, but lost it somehow. Ok, I am so tired and my arms feel heavy, like lead, so I need to end this. Looking forward to your replies. And remind me to write down my other resolutions tomorrow, in case I forget.
