Guest guest
http://www.abcnews.go.com/2020/Technology/story?id=1479506 In my tech planning class at the College of and , I had to present the green computing topic. I had made the comment that I wondered (beside vaccines) if technology was to blame for the increases in autism, pdd, ocd, and add/adhd. One of the class members was not buying any of it. However, as this article states, a summary of 20/20 episode, that the average computer monitor has 5 lbs of lead. Computers attract dust and kids touch the dust and then put their fingers in their mouths and with children getting electronics at a younger age.....it makes you go hmm. I did check out a company for lead free computers....but they were way out of my price range.
