This program will be rebroadcast 4-5 p.m. EST (1-2 p.m. PST). Special guest speaker, Ana-Marie , Executive Director, Collaborating Agencies Responding to Disasters (CARD) will share information about populations with 'special needs' related to emergency preparedness and disaster response; why people with special needs remain underserved and unprepared; and alternate approaches to reaching and serving the preparedness, response and recovery needs of our most vulnerable populations.
