Job Finally Found... question..

I finally seem to have found a job. Its not working as a counselor,

which is what I am looking for, but I'll take what I can get at this

point. I will know for sure if I have the position or not, but my

" future " boss said my chances of getting it are great.

The job is that of a Grant Writer. Its for a non-profit organization

who help homeless and poor children and single mothers. I was told

that I would get about 10% of each Grant I am successful of getting,

and 5% if I don't get it, for my effort. And I can do this job from

home, which is good for now.

I have no clue how to write a grant proposal? Anyone out there who

has done this or is doing it? Can I get some advice?
