Guest guest
h is 10 w/ type 2 and the last PFT we had done she was *around* 35%. The one before that (when she had RSV) was 29%. That is with her brace on (which doesn't allow her to expand fully) and without any assisted breaths (which I've since been told makes it more accurate - thanks and Queen MJ) h also uses a bi-pap and cough assist to help maintain what lung capacity she does have. Guest guest
I'm not sure what it is presently, but it has been as low as 11%. I have a PFT this month and will ask. I have SMA 2. I believe getting my trach/vent has helped maintain and increase it. Smiles, Kimi In a message dated 6/2/2006 4:04:32 P.M.
