Guest guest
Well here's a resturante experience of mine. Two weeks ago I had an evening cat scan appt (for the pancreatic problems I got from being poisoned by an antifreeze laced glass of wine from a resturant in Aug). Well the ct scan never hapened because the hospital refused to use needles in a size that could actually fit into my vein. I'd been fasting for this test, and made a beeline for the nearest resturante and ended up at the Macaronni Grille in Burlington Mass (the Cheesecake Factory is their rival in Burlington as well btw). The waitress, table, service, food, was all fine. No problem there. Now because we got there late (and I take forever to eat a meal), my guy and me were the last customers to leave. Our waitress told us, how she was 'glad it was quiting time' because 'now they could all drink'. On our way out of the place a drunken idiot waitress ran out of the bar screaming " byyyyeee!! " while looking in the opposite direction from where she was going and did a full force body slam into me! I tried to dodge her- no luck there! I was knocked physically over and my chair went up onto 2 wheels on one side (not easy to do with a heavy Bounder chair)! This dumb twit looked down her nose at me like 'ewww' and ran off. The rest of the staff stared at me. No apologies or sorries or can I help yous or nothing. My guy had to help me upright. I had to lie down on double pain meds the next day. So late the next day (when I could get up) I Googled the place and entered a complaint. No reply in 3 days, so I logged back into their site and took the customer survey (always keep your receipts because you need the code off of them to do the survey btw)and resubmitted my complaint. Headquarters called me up this week and they're sending me a gift certificate for a free meal for two. And that's how I handle bad resturante experiences. I hope this experience helps some of you. Bon Apettit!
