Hi Simone,

Thanks. That's what we were told - that it is modifiable without having to

get a totally new back. Just wanted to be sure that it is as supportive and

comfy as it is made out to be.... and it seems like it is. ;-)

Has anyone heard of the Matrix Seating System?

http://symmetric-designs.com/pro-forma-matrix--2.html

was recommended to use it but we bought him a Jay Deep Contour less

than 6 months ago. It promises to give much better back support than the Jay but

we wonder if it is worth the additional expense of 3000 Singapore Dollars

(approx US1900?) Does anyone know of someone who uses this and what their

feedback is?

Thanks

Hi ,

I have the matrix seating system, I've had it for 5

months now and it is awesome. It has way better back

support and is molded to suit the user. Added to that

if it needs changes, you don't have to get a new seat,

they just adjust the plastic by using the screws to

loosen them and its fixed. Mine's great and they say

that they can put it on just about any wheelchair

frame.
