Personal message:

It concerns me that Dr. Fauci wants to find an HIV vaccine that will work for

all populations. Does this mean biologic diversity is a factor in a vaccine not

working? I thought that now that vaccines are an evolutionary tool, the failure

to work in a certain population or damage inflicted on individuals was due to

defective genes, surely not because of biologic diversity.
