So let me get this straight, you take airborne when your in crowded situations

or when you feel your coming down with something, or both? , I've been to

Vitacost before and they have very good products, I only buy their CoQ10 right

now but will look into the zinc. December is cold/bronchitis time for me, so

getting all my " battle supplies " in order. Has anyone had luck with Cold-Eezers

cough drops, I remember they used to sell them on QVC, are they even still

available?. they had zinc and vitamin C in them. Thanks, Doug

My doctor says to take about 500 mg (?) Echinacea for 4 days when you

first feel cold symptoms. After that it's useless, but if you catch it

early it significantly reduces the effect of a cold and the recovery

time. He says that daily use is not beneficial either.

I tried it last year, and it DOES work! Also, Jordan has used it this

way, in fact just last week, and says it DOES help him. It certainly

seems to reduce the symptoms and recovery time for him. We use

something like 1000 mg ampules by Quest, found at Rite Aid.
