Just trying to understand what the info from Rick Rollens means.

Compared to info on pages 374 and 375 of EOH and Rollens' info for

1st

qtr. '05. What would be meaningful is incidence rate by birth cohort

for years early 90's to present. would this be possible?? With

existing info can't determine if older child is being diagnosed late

or

whatever.
