Guest guest
I'm going to start the process of a Living Will, Power of Attorney, Will and the like. I'm going to see a Hospital Social Worker but do you have any hints?
Guest guest
Before I went away to univ the first time, my parents took me to my attorney for that stuff. I made my mother POA with access to every aspect of my life. Of course, choose someone you trust 180%. You can always change it, but it's costly and time consuming. What are you going to a hospital social worker for? They can only help with a DNR and stuff that you'll also want in your living will. You need to see an attorney for LW and POA. -Kendra > I'm going to start the process of a Living Will, Power of Attorney, Will and > the like. Guest guest
NoLo Press is a great resource for do-it-yourself. I used it to do my own advance health care directives. http://www.nolo.com/ At 09:13 PM 7/27/04 -0400, you wrote: >I'm going to start the process of a Living Will, Power of Attorney, Will and >the like.
