It is amazing the similarities of post polio... what I am finding really helpful is how they approach it psychology.. they say pps people are adept at denial, the need to learn that it is ok to be disabled & they need to learn to ask for help.. I NEED to follow all of that advice!!! It's good to see that there are many in that mode!!!
