Guest guest
....That was weird. 20 minutes before the news came on - I saw a commercial for the Autism story. Than, nothing... Anyone know what the deal is? Sara
Guest guest
Well, that fruit story was really urgent... Guest guest
I have always hated those little stickers on fruit. Every time I pull one off the skin comes off with it and then the fruit turns a nasty brown color before I have a chance to eat it. Now I ccan sleep tonight knowing tomorrow will a better day of fresher fruit.Maurine ABC World News > > > ...That was weird. 20 minutes before the news came on - I saw a commercial > for the > Autism story. Guest guest
Eat organic from a local farmers market, then you don't have to worry about laser tattooed and sticker sticked fruit! ROFL, GOD FORBID the cashiers would have to learn how to ID a piece of fruit by sight.. -----Original Message----- From: EOHarm [mailto:EOHarm ]On Behalf Of I have always hated those little stickers on fruit. Guest guest
Hi : Here, in Ontario, on Global News, they actually ran the autism treatment story directly prior to the fruity news item. I am glad they did...because what may be causing neurological problems in kids (and adults, for that matter, in the way of Alzheimer's) is way more important than whether some folks are upset by stickers on their fruit. Tattooing fruit may be a novelty but it is not really all that important, if one seriously considers what may happen to both children and adults, as a result of using thimerosal/mercury-containing vaccines. Aasa <erinrodriguez@...> wrote: The sad part is… I used to be a news producer… and if I was putting together the show (before my TWO children were diagnosed of course) – I would have held the Autism story and ran the fruit one. I hate myself for how I used to be. You know what changes it though – when it happens to you. When your child is diagnosed. I am still in touch with many people at the TV station where I worked. I know some of them think I’ve lost my mind when I tell them the vaccines did this to my kids – but if it were to happen to them, they would look at things differently, too. What a sad world we live in where some of us (me, before Autism) used to inform the public of things that just aren’t that important (like the stupid fruit labels story on World News Tonight) and forget the ones that are – like children being poisoning by mercury. Also, with the Supreme Court nominee story being the big deal today – I’m sure they “needed” the extra time to flesh that out… Pathetic. Guest guest
Dr. Tim also stated ABC-TV news gets scientific information from 12,000 experts across the country. Huh? Just try to imagine the technical challenges of actually DOING that.... I suspect he's counting trade organizations like the AMA and AAP that exist to protect dues-paying members. They issue a party-line memo, then the media regurgitates the memo, then viewers parrot the memo to peers, and legislators base policy on the memo. Propagation of misinformation, conveniently excluding those directly affected by delivery of faulty medical products. - Hokkanen > > > > > > > > > > > Right now (6:30pm EST) they are going to talk about autism, cancer and > > alzheimers. > > > > Channel 7 in NYC (ABC) > > > > > > > > > > ³hope is contagious- catch it!² >
