Uh me! Why do u get pierced or change ur hair crazy colors? U think it looks

good right? My boobs, same thing!

I didnt attack her. I made a statement that was very logical. If she wants to

undergo surgery for boobs then cool, but in my experience--i use to worry

about how i looked waaaaaaay too much. but now i dont really care, alot of

people

dont have big boobs, perfect teeth, etc. Personally, ive realized being how

i am gives me charactar and qualities some people dont have.

I respect your decision and think it's a shame

your self image is so low. I've been there and it's a shitty place to be.

Now ur diagnosing me? Ur so contradicting urself! Remember when I first told

u about my breasts consult u were being so supportive. Saying how brave I was

to get this done etc. Now we on the list and ur tone change? FYI, my

liscensed therapists and I spoken thoroughly on me wanting/getting breasts

implants,

and she feels this is something BROOKES NEEDS TO DO FOR HER OWN WOMANHOOD!

Why do u think I did spinal fusion? To help me look and feel better. I dont get

why you and Lori feel so strongly about this? Actually, the surgeon I'm going

to has performed breasts augementation on other wheelchair bound women. So

bc im in wheelchair should I not have the privilege of enhanCing my body?

What'd I diagnose you with? You've admitted you have body image issues by

not accepting your natural breasts - there's nothing to diagnose, they're your

own words. I still feel you're brave for undergoing an unnecessary surgery

knowing fully well how dangerous anesthesia is to people with SMA, that hasn't

changed. Who said it had anything to do with being in a wheelchair either? I

think plastic surgery is superficial for anyone - if you have the money for it,

more power to ya but more than likely, it won't change your inner self issues.

I'm just wondering what you think about tattoos? Aren't tats superficial and

fake as well?

I think they are, but you don't need to risk going under anesthetics to

get a tattoo.

Fake? What do you mean by fake? I cannot speak for anyone else, but since

you're trying to prove a point (and it was a very dumb one at that) because I

have tattoos, mine ALL have a very significant meaning ranging from a

dedication to my daughter that passed to my spiritual beliefs.

Foreign object into your body. If doesn't matter what meanings your tats

have, you were criticizing for wanting to pretty much do the same thing

you

did. You permanently decorated and altered your body and she wants to do that

same thing.

For one, I did not criticize her. I said her insecurity is sad because at a

time in my life, I was insecure about the same thing. That's called

empathizing. Tattooing is NOT a surgical procedure. The recovery and effect it

has on

your body cannot even be compared to an even minimally invasive surgery.

Getting fake breasts has no goddamn meaning, Deanna. If ANYTHING, she's playing

into society's bullshit objectification of women - BUT like I've said, it's

her choice. Now stop talking out your ass.

Awwwww Doug and I thought you loved me!

It must be my great personality and not my boobs, LOL.
