My son had been sick and just came off antibiotics when the doctor wanted to give him 4 shots. I argued with her " is this safe? " " should we do this when he's been sick? " . I gave into the pressure. Within 30 minutes he was passed out for over 24 hours. When he came to he no longer made eye contact and we spiraled downhill from there. Each call to the doctors office the next day about our concerns were answered with " well it's probably just the ear infection coming back. Give him some tylenol and he should be fine "

Guest guest
we did it too. tylenol was the single worst thing we could have given as it shuts down the liver's ability to detox. damn. Guest guest
Don't blame yourself. I know how you feel. I had a chiropractor friend advise me not to vaccinate my son and I dismissed it as radical thinking. It was hard for me to go back to him and tell him that I wish I'd listened to him. (This was in '92, so the mercury theory wasn't well known at the time.) I was warned and sided with conventional thinking. How ignorant I was. We put faith in MD's, the CDC, and FDA because we want to do the best we can to care for and protect our children. Only now, it's too late for so many. Whenever someone accuses us of being part of an anti-vaccine movement, I remind them that every parent in this community vaccinated their children. Hardly a radical movement. When they can come clean, perhaps we can one day have faith in the vaccination system again. Keep your chin up. Jim.
Guest guest
Hi, , I can relate to how you feel based on how my husband has handled our son's autism. From the very beginning, I've spent hours researching treatments, reading the studies, etc. My husband eventually came around & now warns other parents about the dangers of mercury poisoning through vaccinations. The press buzz has been hard for him to handle, though, because he gets so angry & frustrated that he wants to seriously hurt people! (Not that he would!) He started to read the RS article, but couldn't get all the way through it. He gets very emotional, especially since he was the one to take him to his first 2 month appt. I know it's hard not to feel badly, but just think of all the good that you are doing for your son now. e
Guest guest
tylenol used glutathione to get out of their system, decreasing the glutathione supply to detox the mercury. I did it too. I hope everyone tries hard to not berate themselves for anything, we did not know what was going on and we need all of your energy to be positive to keep pushing the issues effectively. Guest guest
That moment will stick in your memory for a lifetime. It does with me. I remember the week I lost my little girl and got a different one. I can't breathe when I allow myself to think about it. So I pack it in...and channel what I can't into trying to make things right... http://www.autismmedia.org/ > > The worst memory I will ever have is me holding my crying son down so > he could be injected with mercury poison!!!!!!!!!!!! > > Farretta > father of (mercury poisoned by his baby vaccines) > > I'm listening to RFK's interview right now and it makes me feel so bad. > > Sometimes I just feel like, I didn't do enough to protect my son. Guest guest
My doc always recommended giving them the tylenol before we got into the office so the effect would have kicked in before the shot! >
