Hi,

I do have to 'fess up - I did buy something today - a

medium strength resistance band/cord thingy - when

doing Tear it Up yesterday, I noticed that my band was

about to snap at the handle so I replaced it. Is that

okay? I figure it is, since I didn't get a video or

DVD and I only got it as a replacement.

Needing some no-guilt affirmation,
