Guest guest
The website www.charliefrancis.com claims that the Charlie Francis training system has produced some wonderful results, including a time of 3.7 seconds for a 40 yard sprint. I assume that this time was Ben 's best performance. However, according to the information found on the following website http://isb.ri.ccf.org/biomch-l/archives/biomch-l-1997-12/00046.html at the olympics in Seoul in 1988, 's 30 meter (32.8 yard) split was 3.8 seconds and his 40 meter (43.74 yard) split was 4.66 seconds. Can someone explain to me the discrepancy in these numbers? Hanes Raleigh, NC USA
