Hi,

I didn't feel like doing anything this morning, I

think I'm just burned out from the

more-hectic-than-usual work week. My back is doing

better, it is still really tight - with a big knot in

there that I keep massaging with tennis balls. I'm

keeping my fingers crossed that I'll be able to do the

Slim Series rotation starting on Sunday! I think for

the most part it is just a matter of working through

the tightness and loosening up the muscle and keeping

everything flexible.

I'm combining posts b/c I'm in a bit of a rush!

Kerry - thanks for sharing those pictures and

congratulations on your daughter's engagement!!! You

are one brave and amazing person and you inspire me

soooo much. Your positive attitude really touchs me

and helps me to face whatever I have to face every

day!

Carolyn - you're not a PITA!! You're helping me stick

to my challenge. I think I can, I think I can...

Jen/Kassia - what are BC powders? I'm intrigued. For

now I'm probably not going to go to a chiro - I just

don't have time to fit doctor's visits into my

schedule. I barely have time for " regular " check-ups.

I'm hoping that if I can keep up with the flexibility

training and be more vigilant and willing to accept

what throws my back out that I can be okay. The

T-Tapp really had helped as my back stayed in pretty

good shape for a good couple of months there.

I guess I'm done...better go get ready for the last

day of the fiscal year!
