Guest guest
My left side is significantly weaker then my dominant right side. This is very evident during exercises involving dumbells especially one arm dumbell presses. Example, I pressed 100 pounds last night no problem on right, but the left I needed help not only stabilizing the weight but also pressing it up. Is there a way to make your weak side as strong and stable as your dominant side? In fact, one can visibly see the size difference between my right and left. My left lats look smaller then my right. Funny thing is I had severely broken my right arm in 2 places when I was 20 and it never set right, but for some reason is much stronger and bigger still. Any clues?
