Hope you have a nice outing, ! My only gripe about this dvd is that it appears that there are a ton of workouts on this, but most of them are identical but with one or two different poses. What I probably need to do is check out the shorter practices and combine them, for example, I noticed there was a 20 minute one that was all backbends. For some reason I always choose the full hour ones Maybe next time I'll try 3 of the shorter more targeted ones.
