And, congratulations on the great check-up. I don't

think you're vain at all for wanting your boob fixed!

:) I won't go into the gory details, but one of mine

is smaller than the other and I sometimes look

lopsided. It isn't very noticeable but I know it so

sometimes I'm more aware of it than others.

Anyway, good going. If I didn't get up early to get

my workout done, it would never happen. And, I find

I'm a much better mom and overall person when I've

started my day off by working out - I have more energy

and patience with everything all day. I was never a

morning person, but it has been worth it to me to

" convert " !

i like this workout, you really can make it your own. no shame is 5s at all and the fact you started with 8s meant you worked them arms but didnt stop you just picked up the next weight and kept going. and hey i am the one who lifts 40lb barbells over my head yet i cannot get through tamilee's i want those arms with anything heavier the 5s and 8s so you did awesome. kassia ldy_solana's domain Too many people spend money they haven't earned to buy things they don’t want to impress people they don’t like.-Will

Thanks so much Donna!!!

I'm working on the morning person conversion thing. Working out early feels so good but sleeping in does too! Tomorrow the kids go back to swimming lessons, Monday-Thursday for the next 4 weeks so, at least for now, I'm planning to do my workouts before they get up each morning. We'll see how it goes!
