Hi, I'm Veronika and I've been an inactive member of this group for

about a year. The idea was to get fit and loose weight before I got

pregnant with my second child. I kept falling off of the wagon and got

pregnant again in July of last year. My daughter is two weeks old today

and I'm serious about getting into shape now. I want to take the next

couple of weeks untill my postpartum checkup to prepare and get myself

ready for this change. I'm really bad at working out menus and workout

schedules. Any advice? I can use all the support you all can offer, so

please send some this way. O yeah, I'm breastfeeding my daughter. Will

that change how I will eat / exercise? I'm serious about this, but

always struggle with motivation. Thanks for listening.
