Guest guest
It's been about a week since I've done any exercise. So today I thought I'd start out slowly again and did AM yoga with Rodney Yee. This is a gentle practice to get your day started. I don't think I've actually done this one before, I believe I've just watched it. I loved the relaxation poses, but then I always did like those. The stretching and twisting poses were nice also. I can tell that I'll have to do a modified cobra for a while until I limber up, my hamstrings are pretty tight too. I've also started journaling my exercising again, the last time I exercised was January 30th!!! I did Metaboost and it was a great workout, at least that's what I wrote down. Yikes I didn't think it was that long ago. I have to keep doing something even if it is just a walk or light yoga to keep me somewhat fit and to keep my mind off the upcoming nausea. I have no idea how that's going to be, I just know I hate feeling nauseated so I hope those Zofran pills work, they are expensive enough that's for sure. Take care everyone and have a great day, Kerry
