Guest guest Posted July 6, 2007 Report Share Posted July 6, 2007 i forgot to mention there is a core and stretch about 13 minutes at the end that i didn't have time to do but while i was making a copy i notice some tough plank variations using yoga moves like tree.(a side plank with foot in tree position). if this is an all plank workout i am going to love this challenge. i think more core workouts should start with plank work b/c while fresh you can give it all you got. its such a great move that can be done in a workout or just while watching tv. kassia ldy_solana's domain Too many people spend money they haven't earned to buy things they don’t want to impress people they don’t like.-Will oneSearch: Finally, mobile search that gives answers, not web links.
