you have tremendous powers of observation. Thanks for the preview review! I agree that while some instruction might be a review, it's nice to hear different cues for the same exercise from various instructors. As an instructor myself I gleen a lot of great cues from workout videos! Sometimes we get stuck in a rut and use the same ones over and over again, and everyone learns differently so it's nice to have a variety of cues to throw out! How fun it will be to work out with your little one! I think it's so rad that you're so close to being a WW mentor now!!! High fives,
