Here's what I did: PUB- Shoulders 3/5/7 BM2- overhead press - 12 lb side/front raise- 5 lb PUB- Triceps (over head press) 12/15/20 (kick backs) 3/5/8 BM2- Dips seated overhead extension- 15 lb kickbacks- 5 lb PUB- Biceps 8/10/12 BM2- hammer curls- 10 lb incline biceps curls- 10 lbs Concentration curls- 10 lb I was pretty fried by the end. This is the end of the month and I haven't taken a full weekend off from workouts for June. So I don't know if I will or not since I'm going to be taking more time off the first couple weeks in July.
