Wow! 12 lbs for overhead presses? OW OW OW! My upper body is getting fried just reading this! Way to go! fitgrl222@... wrote: This morning I did shoulders, triceps and biceps. This is the end of the month and I haven't taken a full weekend off from workouts for June. So I don't know if I will or not since I'm going to be taking more time off the first couple weeks in July. I guess I'll just play it by
