Whole wheat english muffins and ground flax seeds--who'd of thought?

This is going to sound weird, but it sure tastes good. The other morning I

toasted a WW

muffin, spread a very thin layer of natural PB on each half and sprinkled a

ground up

tablespoon of flaxseeds on top. It was SO good! Very nutty and yummy. Scramble

up some

egg whites and you're all set.
