Guest guest
Someone wrote last week about foregoing the HIITs in order to follow a 5k training program. You know, if you can run for your HIITs they'll get you in fabulous shape-- probably better than any slower, longer distance 5k training program. I run for my HIITs. Last year, during my first challenge, I ran a 5k the day after the 12 weeks were over. The " only " training I'd done was the exercise for my BFL challenge (HIITs 3x a week and BFL weight training). I ended up winning my age group and finishing the race in 25 minutes! Those HIITs really work, and they're SO good for fat loss. If you " just " do HIITs you can still run your 5k and will probably do better than you would have with a regular training program. IMO, anyway. )
Guest guest
What was your speed and incline when you were doing your HIITs?? I'm new and have read some of your posts but a little shy to ask questions. I'm hoping to start the program next week, though I will be traveling (and do lots of it) and little scared that I wont be able to follow the plan exactly. I was also wondering if anyone would share what they eat through out the week( im sure this gets asked a lot so i apologize in advance) with me so I can get a better idea. I'm known to start diets and stop so I'm nervous but I really need to. Thanks! " C. " <rec88@...> wrote: Someone wrote last week about foregoing the HIITs in order to follow a 5k training program. Guest guest
Hi - Are you planning to start an official 2006 Challenge? Or are you doing this without entering the contest? Have you looked at 's site - www.skwigg.com She has a whole page about what she eats. I'll respond more to you after I hear your response about whether or not you're doing the official challenge. n At 08:37 PM 3/30/2006, you wrote: >What was your speed and incline when you were doing your HIITs?? > > I'm new and have read some of your posts but a little shy to ask > questions.
