I want to keep flies, no see-ums and fleas off . we live on a 20 acre farm with fields of potatoes and some woods all around us. I put 16 oz of distilled water with 1% Germall plus powder and poly 20 with these EO at 0.1 each Lavender,rosemary,citronella, eucalyptus, peppermint. Question is do I have too much EO for 16oz of water and do I need to add anything else to it?
