Guest guest
Hi, I did the Practice for the Spine on YCFE this morning. It is a 50 min " beginner's practice " (although anyone can get a benefit from this one). It is mostly all floor postures to stretch and re-align your back. Perfect for me today. My back is feeling much better today - not 100% but definately an improvement over Monday and Tuesday. I hope to do a short cardio tomorrow and then maybe the SI Joint practice on Stress Relief yoga. That one was similiar to the Practice for the Spine that I did today, as I recall. I think I need to make a point of adding in more stretching and yoga. I've tried, but I think I need to do better. It feels great and works the kinks out well. My only problem is time. I wish I could get into the habit of adding on a few evening practices - it is just so hard for me to get motivated to do that, quite frankly after DD hits the sheets I'm ready to just sit and be still, too. Maybe I can alternate yoga with T-Tapp in the mornings. Take care! Donna ________________________________________________________________________________\ ____ Be a better Heartthrob. Guest guest
I agree - I remember once my back felt a little stiff and I did this practice and felt MUCH better. It may be labeled "beginner" but should almost be labeled "therapeutic". Advanced practitioners should still do this practice to stretch.
