WooHOoo!!! Slopes and Curves!....If you put it to you hubby that

way he'd probably do more than smile.

This was cool: I just noticed this the other day...I was at the gym

wearing shorts and walked passed the mirror. As my muscles moved I

could see a line down the outside of my thigh and my calf muscles

look almost chizled (if the rest of my bod looked like my calves I'd

be SO happy).

Congrats on wearing the little top. It's one of my dreams.

I love the fact I'm starting to see the " old " me. lol For the longest time

when I looked in the mirror I saw my mother looking back at me.

I've also been singing a line from a song my teenie boppers listen to " Don't you

wish your girlfriend was hot like me " . I sing it to my hubby. He doesn't see

the humor in it.

I haven't been singing that song, but it is funny that our dh's don't

always see the humor we do as we journey thru life....

i read that post earlier and sang it to my 17 year old son. he did

seem to think it was too funny...the idea of his girlfriend being hot

like his 200 lb 52 year old mama

no i don't think so

When I do abs work, I love seeing my flat stomach

I love seeing my big bicep muscles, my toned upper body and back

I love that ALL my clothing fits

I love that I can wear medium and large pajama bottoms, when NEVER in

my life could my XXL hips fit into pj's

I love looking in the mirror and being surprised at how baggy my pants

are in the upper legs

I love that my abdomen looks lean in my knit shirts

I kind of love how I look in exercise clothes

great inspiration email, n!

I love being to wear the same size (8) as my teenager daughter but I

still weigh 20 lbs more than her! Just goes to prove you that muscle

does weight more than fat. So ladies, try to ignore the scale and

focus on that alone (Muscle weighs for than fat)! You will transform!

I love seeing the collar bones again. I've missed them so.

The gently definition of a deltoid. Sweet.
