They are fun while not being easy and it's so nice that they can be done in less than one hour.

I keep forgetting about these workouts. The last time I done this rotation was when we were moving here and that was over 2 years ago. I need to pull it out and do it for a week.

Today was time pressed again as I slept in a bit and then everyone needed something from me. Very frustrating. Anyway, I did Cathe's Timesaver workout #1 step portion only and then followed it with the abs section from workout #5 and my own stretch. Only around 35 minutes, but better than nothing.

Off to work. This should be fun. My keyer is out again today because it's the kids' last day of school. More for me!
