Guest guest Posted March 23, 2006 Report Share Posted March 23, 2006 Hi everyone, I notice a lot of people on here are counting and measuring foods. Old and newbies, seems like everyone is doing something different. My question is why? I am in my 3rd day, and elated that I dont have to worry about calorie counts, but it seems that every other post I read someone is talking about calories. Is this because the program didnt work for you guys the way it was written? I am curious about this-and worried a little that I should be counting. I am NEVER hungry, unless it is time for me to eat.
