Guest guest
Hi ! It is good to ahve you back - I was missing for a little while, too. This month and part of July (I think), I'm focusing on Lotte Berk, Callanetics, Bar Method and Squeeze. I'm pretty much picking what I want for cardio and strength so it is semi-generic. Here's what I've been doing with the Lotte ones: 1 - Cardio (30 min with a 45 min max) & Lotte Berk Basic Essentials 2 - Cardio (same length) & Lotte High Round Assets 3 - Cardio (same length) & Lotte Muscle Eats Fat 4 - Circuit with upper body focus & Lotte Abs 5 - Long Cardio (45-60 min) 6- Traditional Sculpting with weights 7 - Rest Next week I'm doing to start using the Bar Method workouts and probably some Callanetics, so I may change it up a bit. For cardio I'm doing whatever strikes my fancy - kickboxing, hi/lo, step, so long as it is on the shorter side. For circuits I " m trying to find ones that are more upper body focused since the Bar type workouts tend to work the lower body more than the upper. For my long cardio day, again, pretty much what I feel like - step, hi/lo, kickboxing. And for the sculpting day I'm trying to get through some virgin workouts. I think for this week I'm going to do Tamilee Webbs Tight on Time workouts - I'm going to shoot for most of both of them, if I can! It helps me to have a plan because otherwise I tend to just stare vacantly at my notebooks or in my closet (where the VHS are kept) and I don't know what to do! How are you??
